This was an ADA renovation of a high-rise condo in one of Nashville’s trendy-upscale neighborhoods.
Considerable effort was spent implementing ADA features such as curb-less showers, roll under vanities with lever faucets, pull switches for lighting, low-height pantry cabinets and motorized window treatments for our client. Function was not compromised in this masculine, yet modern bachelor pad.
THE CLIENT & INSPIRATION
This sharp bachelor was in need of a change. He wanted to be in the heart of the action, which lead him to Nashville’s 12 South neighborhood.
This high-rise condo provided him with an open-concept floor plan and a view of all that Nashville has to offer.
Our goal was to create a minimalist space that reflected our client’s desire to push boundaries and do the unexpected by incorporating masculine, modern and graphic elements.
